  • Extra charges will apply for a Spouse/Companion as well as the golf. The cost for a Member is $179 and the Cost for Non-Member is $199.

  • The extra people being registered with the exhibit space will be charged the full registration prices and will need to register separately on our AGM website.

  • The Maritime Lumber Bureau is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property during the convention. Exhibitors with equipment that requires overnight storage are asked to make arrangements with the Hotel.
  • All Exhibit spaces must be setup by 12:00pm Tuesday June 7, 2016 unless otherwise arranged with the MLB staff. Empty Exhibit spaces will be removed and there will be no refund. Exhibitors are reminded due to limited storage space at the Hotel, anything sent to the hotel prior to the convention should arrive NO EARLIER THEN Thursday, June 3, 2016. Please make sure ALL PACKAGES ARE SENT WITH THE FOLLOWING FORM ATTACHED AND START DATE (June 7, 2016) CLEARLY VISIBLE ON THE PACKAGE.
